1. The service
Pierce is a software service operated by PN CORP (SASU, France, VAT FR37104333273) that connects to your advertising and CRM accounts, reads them, and proposes optimization actions inside Slack, executing only the changes you approve.
2. Accounts and access
Access is currently by invitation, as a concierge pilot. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite into your workspace.
3. Connected accounts and authority
When you connect an advertising or CRM account, you warrant that you are authorized to grant that access, including where the account belongs to your client. Each connection is also governed by the relevant platform’s own terms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot). We may suspend a connection if a platform requires it or if we reasonably believe access is unauthorized.
4. Proposals and approvals
By default the service is read-only. Every write (for example pausing an ad or adjusting a budget) is peer-reviewed: Pierce proposes with grounding and executes only after you click Approve, or within the standing rules you configure yourself. Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular performance, spend efficiency, or platform approval outcome.
5. Your data
You and your clients retain all rights to your data. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or platform policies, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, resell access without our agreement, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage.
7. Fees
The service is currently offered as a paid concierge pilot. Fees, included actions, and top-up terms are set out in a separate agreement or order form with PN CORP.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PN CORP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or losses caused by advertising platform decisions, outages, or API changes. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time; the pilot is cancellable monthly. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
