What it does
Some percentage of inbound leads fall through every funnel: the form fill that never became a CRM contact, the demo request that landed during a busy week, the booking that got cancelled and never rebooked. Each one already raised their hand, which makes them the cheapest pipeline you can generate.
This agent sweeps the sources of record, not the CRM's opinion of them: form-fill logs and booking events. It cross-checks each lead against the CRM for any evidence of contact, and against call recordings for evidence a demo actually happened, because a booked demo and a held demo are different facts. Survivors of both checks are the genuinely missed.
The missed get enriched and scored the same way fresh inbound does, then handed back to the owner as a segmented list with a ping in the original thread. This is a human-in-the-loop agent by design: it runs as an operator-driven sweep, and a person decides who gets revived and how.
Before and after
Before
Nobody knows how many inbound leads never got a reply
The CRM says "contacted" and everyone believes it
A booked demo is assumed to have happened
Missed leads resurface only when they buy from a competitor
With the agent
Every form fill and booking is swept against the record
Missed means verified missed: no contact, no deal, no outreach on file
Demos are verified by recordings, not by stage labels
The owner gets an enriched, segmented revival list with evidence attached
How it works
Six gates. The whole point is evidence: a lead is only declared missed when every place a reply could hide has been checked.
- 1
Sweep the sources of record
Form-fill logs and booking events, pulled from where they were captured. The sweep starts from source data, not from what the CRM believes happened.
- 2
Cross-check the CRM
A missed lead is one with no contact record, no deal, and no outreach on file. Anything with real activity is left alone.
- 3
Verify demos with recordings
A call recording is evidence the demo happened. A booking with no recording after the slot passed is a likely no-show. The agent never trusts a stage label where evidence exists.
- 4
Enrich before handing back
The verified missed get the same enrichment as fresh inbound: person, company, tier. A revival list is only useful if it is prioritized.
- 5
Segment and hand off to the owner
The output is a clean, segmented list for the person who owns the pipeline, plus a ping in the original capture thread so context travels with the lead.
- 6
Human-in-the-loop by design
The agent finds and proves; a person decides. Revival outreach is a judgment call, and this workflow keeps it one.
