Typography poster

One defensible stat, a label, a sub-line. Rebuilt from a proven structure over 21 attempts, then locked as a reusable template.

Why this format works

One number carries the whole ad. A stat-led poster strips the creative down to a single defensible claim set in enormous type, with a short label above it and one sub-line under it. Nothing competes with the number, so the number is what a scrolling thumb actually registers.

The structure is borrowed from an ad that had already survived the market: a version of this layout ran unchanged for over a year, and nobody keeps paying for a creative that does not perform. Pierce keeps only that skeleton and rebuilds every pixel with the brand's own palette, type, and claim.

The stat itself is the gate. Only a published, verifiable claim may become the hero number. If the brand cannot defend the number in public, the format does not run.

How Pierce ships it

  1. 1

    Brief from a proven structure

The target layout comes from a reference that ran long enough to prove itself. Only the abstracted skeleton is kept: stat hero, label, sub-line, call to action. The reference's pixels never enter the pipeline.

  2. 2

    Lock the constraints

Brand palette lock, one defensible stat, a reserved logo safe area at the bottom of the canvas. The constraints go into the generation prompt verbatim, so every attempt starts inside brand.

  3. 3

    Render and judge

Each attempt is scored by a vision judge against the target structure and the brand spec. Below threshold means an automatic revise note and another attempt.

  4. 4

    Operator taste gate

A passing score is not a ship. On this run the judge passed attempt 2; the operator disagreed and kept iterating to attempt 21 before locking the winner.

  5. 5

    Ship and reuse

The locked winner becomes a template: the structure stays, the stat and the palette swap per campaign. Every ship is approved by a human.

Your account writes the next brief

Every creative on this page came out of the same loop: generate, judge, reject, iterate, ship. Pierce runs it on what your account proves, and you approve every ship.
